"Lovely weather for ducks" nghĩa là gì?

"Lovely/fine weather for ducks" = trời đẹp cho mấy chú vịt -> nghĩa là trời mưa ẩm ướt; hoặc được dùng như một lời chào thăm với ý nghĩa là trời mưa như thế này chắc tốt/phù hợp cho việc gì đó.
